IND Legacy’s homes are perfect for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Chattanooga. We are ideally located near hotspots of Northshore and Southside, so you can enjoy all that this historic city has to offer without having to walk or drive too far. Our properties are close enough for doorstep convenience to attractions and restaurants, and just far enough away so there isn’t an excessive amount of activity going on to take away from enjoying yourself and your family. When you stay at an IND Legacy property you live like a local, explore like a tourist!
Each space was curated to provide parents an element of everyday luxury, while accommodating kids and fur babies. We provide areas in each home for the family to gather and enjoy one another after a day of exploring Nooga, while also providing Mom a space to enjoy a moment of peace with a cup of tea. We have kids and know traveling with the kiddos often doesn’t feel like a vacation at all, we see you and we’ve got you!
We made an effort to ensure each of our guests feels welcomed and relaxed by ensuring the space is meticulously cleaned and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to feel at home and to entertain the kiddos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. All refunds will be given less a payment processing fee. No refunds after that.
- We allow up to two dogs for a $150 pet fee per stay. We do not allow cats at this time.
- Only two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs.
- While super cute, we don’t allow puppies as they are typically still in the home training stage.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs must potty & poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside.
- Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard. If poop is not picked an “poop fee” will be applied.
- Dogs must be leashed, when not in the backyard.
- Dog will be supervised at all times. If are left alone, they must be crated.
- Owners are responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
The bins are in the front of the house at the bottom of the steps near the mailbox. The back bin is for trash and the blue bin is for recyclables.
We offer a French press and a dual Keurig coffee maker that allows you to make a pot of coffee or a single cup using Keurig cups. Coffee options include Mad Priest coffee grounds (locally owned) and assorted Keurig cups (Starbucks, Peets and Dunkin’ Doughnuts decaf). We also offer tea and hot coco.
