If you’re looking for a place to unwind and have fun with your family, look no further than our Northshore Walkabout! A home with an element of everyday luxury and that is fully equipped with plenty of amazing amenities that will make you feel at home right away. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood in the heart of Northshore, our property is easily accessible and conveniently located nearby many great restaurants, shops, and things to explore!

Neighborhood:

Northshore Walkabout is ideally located to the fabulous attractions in Northshore and downtown Chattanooga. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short drive away.

House Rules:

No pets are allowed on the beds or the furniture
This is a non-smoking property including outdoor spaces. Guests and Guest’s invitees at the Property are strictly prohibited from using tobacco products, marijuana products or products that produce smoke at all (such as vaping) during their stay is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will incur a $500 fine.
We are in a residential neighborhood and therefore adhere to quiet hours between 9pm and 8am
If you use the living room fireplace or the fire pit ensure the gas is turned off before departure
The two locked utility rooms are NOT available to guests, only the cleaning staff. We have provided cleaning supplies & extra blankets and pillows. If you need anything else just let us know.
Northshore Walkabout is family friendly, but we don’t recommend younger children as the home is not child proofed and additional rooms are located on the second level.
We allow up to two dogs maximum and only approved pets are allowed on the property. Cats are not allowed.
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We encourage you to obtain ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ (CFAR) travel insurance for added peace of mind for events such family emergencies, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc
The reservation must list the number of people and ages of who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house
No fireworks or open flame candles burning are allowed on the property
No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to the walls
Parking: If parking on the street please do not block the neighbor’s driveway. If parking in the back, please ONLY park in the home’s driveway / garage. Do not block the alleyway as there is only room for a single car. If your car is blocking someone else from leaving your vehicle may be towed at your expense.
