Welcome to Southside Elegance, located in Chattanooga’s Southside. This three story gram-worthy townhouse gem will be your home base as you explore all the adventures Chattanooga has to offer. Just a 3 minute drive to bustling Main Street, 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga, and 7 minute drive to UT!

Neighborhood:

No 10 Steak house is in the Burnside community. Grab a steak dinner and have one of their amazing cocktails
3 minute drive to restaurants, bars, art galleries and more n Main Street
Hop, ship and jump away (1 minute drive) from Odd Story Brewing

House Rules:

NO SMOKING! This is a non-smoking property. No cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, and/or cigars.

We are in a residential neighborhood and therefore adhere to quiet hours between 9pm to 8am
If you use fire pit on the deck ensure the gas is turned off before departure
The two locked utility rooms are NOT available to guests, only the cleaning staff. We have provided cleaning supplies, extra blankets, and pillows. If you need anything else just let us know.
Southside Tranquility is family friendly, but we don’t recommend younger children as the home is not child proofed with three levels
We allow up to two dogs maximum. Only approved pets are allowed on the property. Cats are not allowed.
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We encourage you to obtain ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ (CFAR) travel insurance for added peace of mind for events such family emergencies, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc
The reservation must list the number of people and ages of who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house
No fireworks or open flame candles burning are allowed on the property
No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to the walls
